About
Our Philosophy
We take a holistic approach to healing by harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit. At the heart of our practice lies the belief that true health is achieved through balance—restoring the natural flow of energy, or Qi, within the body. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs, combining TCM modalities to enhance your vitality and well-being.
Meet Our Practitioners
Dr. Pai has been drawn to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) since childhood. Growing up in Taiwan, she experienced firsthand the healing benefits of TCM through treatments for various sports injuries sustained through inline and ice hockey, as well as other school sports. These early experiences shaped her appreciation for the medicine and
inspired her lifelong dedication to helping others through its practice.
Dr. Pai earned her doctorate from Five Branches University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with her master’s degree from Emperor’s College. She also completed the Acupuncture Sports Medicine Apprenticeship Program, further developing her knowledge of sports-related injuries and recovery. Her clinical interests include pain management, sports injuries, orthopedic conditions, and internal medicine. She believes that healing isn't one-size-fits-all and takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to care, meeting each patient where they are and supporting them throughout their healing journey.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys training at the boxing gym, savoring nourishing food, and spending time with her beautiful but silly cat, Nai Cha 奶茶 (Milk Tea).
Welcome to Yue Ling Wellness! Dr. Pai is honored to be part of your journey toward better health.

Founder
Allison’s interest in TCM grew from her background in Western science and appreciation for holistic health. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiological Science from UCLA while pursuing a pre-medical track, before discovering TCM. She was drawn to its view of the body as an interconnected whole and its emphasis on supporting the body’s natural capacity to heal.

Allison earned her master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from Yo San University, graduating with Highest Honors. Her clinical interests include women’s and reproductive health, digestive health and internal medicine, mental and emotional well-being, and pain management.

As a practitioner, she values understanding each patient’s individual experiences and concerns. Her approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and collaborative, with an emphasis on helping patients feel heard and supported in their health and wellness.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys yoga, ballet, and spending time in nature with her family. She is inspired by the connection between movement and mindfulness, and brings this appreciation for balance into her practice.
